These terms govern ordering food and drinks through the operator's website (pickup and delivery) and table reservations.

An order submitted through the website is a proposal to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded once the restaurant confirms the order by phone or email. Prices include VAT; packaging fees and a delivery fee may be added according to the current price list on the website.

Payment is made in cash or by card upon handover, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Preparation and delivery times are indicative. An order can be cancelled by phone before preparation starts. As this is food intended for immediate consumption, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code).

A reservation submitted online is a request and becomes valid only after the restaurant confirms it. The restaurant may decline for capacity reasons. Tables are usually held for 15 minutes after the reserved time.
