The name “Evina” comes from my daughter “EVI”, who was born and raised in the Czech Republic. “VINA” stands for Vietnam – our home and our roots… Evina carries a very personal meaning: it connects FAMILY, LOVE and GASTRONOMY. A place that keeps values, flavours and traditions alive!
